NOVA SHORT SALE SPECIALIST I started in Real Estate in 1984, and entered the mortgage business shortly thereafter so I could better understand the qualifying side of the Real Estate transaction. Well, after 12 years of mortgage lending...I left that business to work for several new home builders to learn the construction side of the industry, and after several years of that I decided to get back into my true love, helping people with the task of buying and selling homes. I am originally from Alexandria and have lived in Virginia for over 40 years, and Loudoun County for the last 7 years. I love what I do, and I have been told that it shows in my work. I have been a full time Realtor for the past 4+ years now, and a Top Producer for the last 3 years. I could rattle off all kinds of designations, but I firmly believe that the BEST education comes from working in the field, not in the classroom. Validation of my performance comes from the satisfaction of my clients, which results in referral business. Most of my business within the past 4 years has been by referrals exclusively.
