Additionally, my expertise extends to distressed and bank-owned properties as a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certified (SFR). For buyer clients, I am an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) who will serve as your advocate with advanced training and experience. As a Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), I have spent over 16 years helping clients buy and sell beach homes in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. And with my Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN) designation, I am a master at negotiations, working tirelessly to secure the best possible outcome for my clients.
